Client
✖ Expected to read the TOS.
✖ MUST credit me for the art. You cannot claim as your own
✖ Artwork may be used for personal use.
✖ Artwork may not be used for redistribution or commercial projects without discussion first.
✖ May be displayed on other sites (Toyhouse, imgur, etc) as long as proper credit is given and directed back to me.
✖ Able to request for the commission to remain private.
✖ Placing an order means agreeing to these terms.

✖ You're only purchasing my services as an artist.
✖ I get to upload publicly unless requested otherwise.
✖ I get to use as examples unless requested otherwise.
✖ I get to stream my process unless requested otherwise.
✖ I am free to alter my Terms Of Service and Pricing at any time after the current batch of commissions at the time is complete.
COPYRIGHT
✖ You must not reupload any artwork without my watermark anywhere. You will receive versions with and without it, but you must not reupload without it.
✖ I retain all copyright over my own work, including the right to use your commission to promote myself, future posts, and to use as examples.
✖ I own no right to the design and character itself, only the artwork.
COMMERCIAL USE
✖ Commercial Use is accepted only if the client agrees to pay double the amount of the original commission price. Depending on the use, I will be allowed to charge more if I feel it necessary.
✖ Commercial Use must be agreed upon upfront.
✖ Commercial Use counts as anything regarding selling or reproducing the artwork, regardless of publicity, or any cases where you will receive profit or monetary gain where the work is published. This includes Twitch, Youtube, online stores like Etsy, business cards or merchandise, etc.
✖ NFT usage is not permitted by any means.
✖ If used for Commercial Use, my name and my socials MUST be credited publicly.
PAYMENT
✖ Payment depends on the product.
✖ Most commissions will require payment after the sketch has been approved.
✖ Physical merchandise (standee commissions) require payment upfront.
✖ Only physical merchandise will be expected to be shipped.
✖ If payment is not made within a reasonable time, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
PROCESS
✖ I do provide WIPs throughout the process (approving Sketch, approving Final Product)
✖ I do work on other projects in the meantime, which may slow down work speed.
✖ Requesting updates is allowed, but do not pester me.
✖ I will contact the client for any delays or changes when necessary.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
✖ I allow for refunds only under certain conditions
✖ If i have received payment before a sketch has been shown, I will allow for refunds.
✖ If I have already given a sketch before receiving payment, I will not allow for refunds.
✖ Cancelling a commission is permitted as long as I have not received payment.
✖ Chargebacks are NOT allowed.
FINISHED PRODUCT
✖ I will email or post onto a gallery site for the client.
✖ I'm not required to publicly post your commission for whatever reason.
✖ The client cannot request large changes to the product after completion.
✖ The client may not request a refund/chargeback after completion.
✖ Credit must be given and linked back to me if reposted elsewhere.
